Add a tangy, smoky punch to your pantry with black dry lemons, also known as Loomi! Hailing from the sun-drenched landscapes of the Middle East and Iran, these are fresh limes boiled in salt water and sun-dried until dark and earthy. They are the zesty heart of Persian stews and Arabic rice dishes. Pierce them to release a citrusy, fermented tang that transforms soups into gourmet masterpieces!
